Domestic maid Mariam’s daily life is spent behind the other side of the locked door. From dawn to dusk her life became confined within four walls after beginning to work in Dhaka. Her dreams of returning to the vibrant life of her village remain imprisoned in the lock of the door. But she dreams on. Someday she would return to her village home.
