Preface

Despite tremendous progress in many areas of science and technology, the present education system and world order are miserably failing to produce enough people with good moral and ethical values. The whole system is becoming business-oriented. People are trying to make money at any cost. The authority is desperate to win and remain in power forever. The per capita income or GDP of a country does not reflect the real picture. The gap between the rich and the poor is becoming larger by the day. On the one hand, the literacy rate is going up, but on the other hand, corruption is also increasing at an alarming rate. The education system is failing to tackle this problem. Despite everything in life, depression, anxiety, and suicidal tendencies are increasing. The society as a whole is becoming sick. There are many reasons behind this scenario. One of the major causes of this decline is a lack of spirituality. Spirituality guides people to find a purpose in life, makes people more humane, and fills the hollowness of the mind with peace and tranquility. The topics covered in this book are an effort to find answers to some of the essential life-related queries and invoke spiritual thinking.
