Jurisprudence and Legal Development Part-I

At the university levels students require to take lessons on many subjects and courses. Some students may like or dislike some courses for many obvious reasons. But most students tend to hate jurisprudence as it is regarded confusing,complicated,dry,and useless for law professional of all kinds. Why,then,we need to study a subject we dislike most? What is law? Every law student can give so many definitions of law and its classifications without studying jurisprudence. And for knowing and giving the definitions of law we don’t really need to take any lesson of jurisprudence. Why,then,we study jurisprudence as a mandatory course at all law schools all over the world? In some universities law students need to study jurisprudence as more than one course. Law professors and university authorities wish to make sure that every student remembers the major lessons of jurisprudence in the final year at the law schools.
